Steph Tvrdik joined Winning Edge Graphics in 2021. Steph is responsible for creating and managing invoices and estimates, providing customer service, and supporting the team with daily tasks like creating work orders, processing payments, and answering customer inquiries. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients, ensuring accuracy in estimates and timely invoicing.

Steph is a farmer's wife, a mom of two boys, and an entrepreneur who deeply cares about both her community and the world. Steph founded Collective.guide, a platform designed to help people connect with others in their communities through listings, resources, and events. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, both flowers and vegetables, and has a heart for helping others, both personally and professionally.
