Molly Boike joined Winning Edge Graphics in 2009 and now leads the apparel department, overseeing everything from customer service and production scheduling to quality control and design. She plays a key role in managing embroidery and screen-printing processes, quoting, invoicing, and ensuring a smooth workflow to meet deadlines and eliminate errors. Molly’s recent responsibilities also include serving as a company advisor, providing guidance and problem-solving support to staff across various areas of the business.

When asked what she loves about her job, Molly says, “What I absolutely love about my job at Winning Edge is the thrill of taking on exciting projects from start to finish, bringing them to life for our clients, and seeing the impact of our work every step of the way!”

Outside of work, Molly stays busy with her kids' sports activities, from tennis and soccer to hockey and basketball. She treasures the time spent outdoors, especially during summer weekends at her in-laws' cabin on Lake Minnewaska, where the family enjoys nonstop fun and adventure all year long.
