Carly Paulson started at Winning Edge Graphics in 2023 in customer service and quickly found a passion for production, particularly in the vinyl department. Now, she plays a key role in cutting vinyl, printing, laminating, and assisting with installations. Carly is committed to being efficient and producing quality work while always eager to learn and help wherever she can. She thrives on seeing happy customers and takes pride in contributing to the team’s success.

When it comes to what drives her, Carly says, “Learning more each and every day I come into work is what drives me. How every aspect of the business ties together pushes me to always do my best, no matter what task I am accomplishing. Seeing the joy on customers' faces from proofs to the final product brings me joy. And of course, how many different people we meet and connect with on a daily basis!”

Outside of work, Carly loves outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and spending time on the lake with friends and family. Fall is her favorite season, with the beautiful colors and, of course, her Halloween birthday adding an extra level of excitement.
